Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Orders are packaged to ship within 2 business days from our fulfillment center in the Pacific Northwest. During high-volume periods such as holidays or promotional events, we reserve the right to ship within 3–4 business days from the time the order is placed. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

We offer flat-rate shipping to the continental U.S. only. Ground shipping may take up to 6 business days to arrive, depending on the carrier and destination. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order ships—please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Hawaii and Alaska, though delivery times may be longer for these locations. Orders shipping to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses may require up to 28 business days for delivery due to military mail processing.
